Dmitry Arkhipenko began his legal career in 1995. In 1998, together with his partners, he founded REVERA law firm, which over nearly 30 years has become the largest law firm in Belarus and has also expanded its presence across the Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe and the MENA countries.
At present, Dmitry is the Managing Partner of the international law group REVERA, which is present in 12 countries and works with jurisdictions in more than 70 countries.

Consulting on issues of doing business in Georgia: developing a strategy for entering the market, determining the legal model of construction business, consulting on special legal regimes.
Due Diligence of the energy facility before the transaction
Due diligence of the Georgian company for compliance with local energy legislation. The process was carried out to determine whether the founders have rights to a stake in the company, its limitations and other possible risks that could jeopardise the possibility of a further transaction. The first draft of the sale and purchase agreement was also prepared.
IT company with offices in 17 countries worldwide
Legal support was needed for the company's entry into the new jurisdictions, including Georgia, Cyprus, Poland, and Kazakhstan. Assistance to new R&D centers on corporate and tax issues.
