Two Key Portals Of Revenue Service to Simplify Tax Information and Enhance Public Engagement
The Revenue Service has created 2 important and quite useful portals - infohub.rs.ge, rs.ge.
The Info Hub allows users to familiarize themselves with various tax issues and obtain information in the form of situational guides, legislative or sub-legal acts, decisions made by the Revenue Service and the Dispute Resolution Council of the Ministry of Finance, individual acts, decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
In the Revenue Service Meetings Space, it is possible to obtain information on interesting online/offline meetings organized by the Revenue Service, and anyone can also suggest a topic of interest to them, on which the Revenue Service may subsequently hold an informational meeting.
The aforementioned links will significantly help interested parties clarify various tax issues and also avoid problems (tax penalties, late payments, errors).
