Extended Deadline for Compliance with Georgian Entrepreneurial Law
The deadline for businesses registered before January 1, 2022, to update their registration data under the Law of Georgia “On Entrepreneurs” has been extended. Companies now have deadline until April 1, 2026 (an additional year) to ensure that their registration data complies with the new requirements.
- Failure to comply obligation by January 1, 2027, will lead to a deficiency notice from the registration authority, with a 3-month period to resolve the issue.
